Managing Partner & Founder

With over 50 years in residential construction and a passion for simplifying the home-building process, Paul Bernard is one of New England's most trusted names in modular homes. He built his first house in 1970 and hasn't slowed down since. As the founder of Newport-based Bernard Modular Homes, Paul represents New England Homes and brings decades of hands-on experience to every project. A long-time member of the Rhode Island Builders Association and a familiar face at the Rhode Island Home Show, Paul is always learning, always building, and has no plans to retire.

Lee Berry

Managing Partner

Lee Berry brings a unique blend of hands-on experience and global perspective to Newport Modular Homes. Coming from a family of property developers, Lee spent 15 years as a superyacht captain, mastering a wide range of trades and problem-solving skills while traveling the world. After meeting his wife and starting a family in Florida, Lee relocated to New England to join the family business and learn the ins and outs of modular home construction. Now a proud member of the Newport Modular Homes team, Lee combines practical know-how with a passion for quality and family-driven service.
